The controls dedicated to the search criteria are located under Data Configuration > Define Search Criteria. The search criteria that can be seen in the various PLM search windows are defined and sorted in this tab.
The idea is to create the search criteria in an Excel file, to import this file into the PLM Manager, and then to sort the criteria as you wish.
The entities for which you can do a search are located on the right.
For all the selected entities, the criteria (simple and advanced) defined in the Excel file are located on the left. You can sort them with the Move Up and Move Down buttons.
