Monitoring generated jobs

To access job monitoring: select Monitoring > Reports .

This box graphically displays the status of all jobs, in other words the number of jobs: Waiting for process , In process , Processed and In error.
A filter allows you to search between 2 dates, on a path and an user.

This box displays the history of jobs generated and their characteristics (launch date, status, etc.).

This box is refreshed according to the refresh rates defined in the Set-up.

This box displays, for a selected Job, the generated job parameters. In particular in enables the source of a problem to be determined.

View generated job parameters: in the Jobs box, select the line for the Job of your choice. The parameters are displayed in the Jobs parameters box.
Restart a job in error: click on the line for the Job of your choice, then click on Restart job button
Restart all jobs in error: click on icon Restart all jobs in error button.
Delete the trace of job not in progress: click on the line for the Job of your choice, then click on Delete job button.
Only the trace of jobs in error, processed or waiting can be deleted.
If waiting jobs are deleted, they will not be regenerated.
Jobs in progress cannot be deleted.
Delete all traces of jobs not in progress: click on Delete all jobs button.
