The classification allows you to define both attributes that characterize products and classification attributes.
In the PLM, attributes defined in PLM Manager are under the Description's Classification framework of the Product category or, for some, in the Product category's Attributes.
The classification is used to classify data created by the user in order to find them from search criteria. Classification consists in defining search criteria and apply them to the objects.
The idea is to create an axis of Classification (example: Season) then give Attributes (Examples: 2010, 2011). For each attribute, give Values (example: Spring,Summer, Fall,Winter). You can refine the criteria by adding sub-values ("children"). Once set the criteria , you can apply them to the objects of your choice.
